Traffic is the only real variable. Between 4 and 7 PM the Downtown Connector adds 20–30 minutes to almost any crosstown trip, so if your document has a same-day deadline, call before mid-afternoon or plan on an evening slot — we work all night and rates after 9 PM are only $25 higher.
