Notary services FAQ

+What notary services do you offer in Atlanta?

Atlanta 24 Hour Notary Service provides mobile notary public services across Metro Atlanta: acknowledgments, jurats, oaths and affirmations, power of attorney, advance directives, real estate and loan signings, vehicle title transfers, business contracts, parental travel consents and apostille preparation. We travel to your home, office, hospital, hotel or care facility 24 hours a day.

+How much do notary services cost in Georgia?

Georgia caps the notarial act itself at $10 per signature. Our mobile travel fee starts at $50 inside I-285 and $65-$85 outside the perimeter, with a $25 surcharge for Sunday, holiday and 9 PM-6 AM visits. Loan signings are quoted as a flat package price. Full details are on our pricing page.

+What do I need to bring to a notary appointment?

Every signer needs a valid, unexpired government-issued photo ID, the complete document left unsigned, and any witnesses the document requires. Do not sign before the notary arrives — Georgia law requires the notary to witness the signature or take your acknowledgment of it.

+Can a notary tell me which form to use or how to fill it out?

No. A Georgia notary public cannot give legal advice, choose your form, or explain what a document means. We verify identity, administer oaths, witness signatures and complete the notarial certificate. For legal questions, consult a licensed Georgia attorney.

+Do you offer remote online notarization?

We are a mobile in-person notary service. Many Georgia documents — especially real estate and vehicle titles — are safest with a traditional in-person notarization, and we come to you anywhere in Metro Atlanta, usually within the hour.

+Can you notarize documents in a language I don't read?

The notary must be able to communicate directly with the signer. If the document is in another language but you understand it and can communicate with us in English, we can still notarize the signature. We cannot translate documents.
